When logging into a Production account, you may see this error:
Backups are currently not working properly on this device.
To fix this problem, the following directories must be offline-synced to the device:
- XYZ-PRD \ Support
- Services \ Software
In addition, this folder must also be synced to the computer; however, it can be marked as online-only:
- XYZ-PRD \ Video \ Backups \ auto
⚠️ Be careful not to exclude directories (selective sync) under the auto folder. It is recommended to keep all backup folders on your computer and make them online-only.
