To confirm your network settings:

Open Menu using the settings gear on the top left of the screen or the menu button on the top right of the console surface.
- Click on “Network”.
- Confirm the selected “MA-Net Interface” is “10.101.50.###” (Last subnet is different per campus)

Confirm session is active.
- If the station line is not highlighted green, and the power button in the bottom right of the screen says “Create”, this means your session is not active.
- After confirming the correct “MA-Net Interface” is selected, click “Create”.
- The “power” button should then turn green, and the station line should also be highlighted green.
- If these settings looked correct from the beginning, try clicking the power button to end session, and then click it again to create it again.
- If the station line is not highlighted green, and the power button in the bottom right of the screen says “Create”, this means your session is not active.
If these settings are correct and you still do not have control:
- Exit out of the "Network" page.
- Open the menu using the settings gear or the menu button on the top right of the console surface.

Click on “DMX Protocols”

Confirm you are on the sACN page.
- Confirm the selected “Interface” is “10.101.50.###” (Last subnet is different per campus).

Confirm “Enable Output” is enabled.
- It is enabled when highlighted yellow.
- It is enabled when highlighted yellow.

Confirm “Enabled” on the "sACN Data 1” line says “Yes”.
- If these settings are correct, "sACN Data 1” should be flashing green.
- It is enabled when highlighted yellow.

Confirm "Local Universe" is set to 1, "Amount" is set to 8, and "sACN Universe" is set to 1.
