With Control Center version 1.8, you're now able to sync lighting tools created by the Central team into GrandMA3.
What Content is Synced?
All content that is synced is synced to the current Data Pool starting at number 3000 (ie, Macro #3000).
⚠️
Never build custom tools between 3000-3099 as they will be deleted upon sync.

- Plugins
- Sequences
How Do I Start Syncing?
There are two steps required to start syncing content to directly into the GrandMA3 software:
- Dropbox must be setup to sync the following folders as "Offline":
- Worship \ Services \ Lighting
- Worship \ Services \ Support
- Worship \ Production \ Campuses \ XYZ-PRD \ Support
- GrandMA OSC must be enabled using the following settings:
- Turn "Enable Input" on
- A device added that is:
- Mode = TCP
- Port = 8100
- Receive All = Yes
- Receive Command All = Yes
- Set the name as "CC"
If everything has been setup correctly, on the next sync you should see: "GrandMA3 sync complete."
Manually Importing Items
If you do not wish to setup OSC, you can also manually import items. This option isn't recommended and does take considerably more time, but is an option.
- Sync Content using Control Center.
- Open the pool you'd like to import items to (ie, Macros).
- Right click the macro number you want to import to (ie, 3000).
- Click "Import"
- Search for the filename to import. All Centrally managed items begin a number starting at 3000 (such as
3000 - Campus Colors Template.xml). - Repeat this process for all items.
Troubleshooting
Could not connect to GrandMA3 software via OSC TCP Port 8100. Verify that remote commands are allowed.
- Verify that OSC is properly setup following the instructions above.
- Check that you are currently in session. If you are not in session, the software will not listen for OSC commands.
